This is not for you if...

• You are not coachable and willing to accept feedback

• You are unwilling to try new things to acheive your goals

• You can see that any of your staff/ educators/ teachers are poison in the well and you keep them anyways

• If you want a quick fix without putting in the effort for acheiving new results

• If you don’t like and respect the children or families you serve.

These are internal issues and I am not able to support achieving your goals for positive change if you are not willing to first take the initiative to fix the structural cracks in the foundation. When you make the choice to strengthen your program it starts at the core, when you finally take action, and decide that burnt out staff, not sleeping at night and challenging behaviors can no longer be your daily life... that’s when change becomes the only option.
