The creator of Barefoot & Wyld, Savannah has been working in early childhood education, mental health, special needs, and childcare for more than 16 years. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and intuitive when it comes to spotting unidentified gaps that cause stagnation. Savannah is committed to finding those gaps and helping you get things back on track.

Hi, I'm Savannah

My friends call me Savvy. I have a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming and spent my time in graduate school working in early childcare settings. My passion in life is getting to use my natural intuition while observing behaviors and finding ways to support those behaviors in a developmentally appropriate way. Through child development, play, connection and meaningful strategies I work to empower children and their caregivers.

I specialize in behavioral observations, early care environments to support regulation, functional systems to support classroom management and home support while also finding interventions that work! By blending expertise with understanding and coaching, I offer personalized guidance and education for families.

I love what I do and part of that is getting to know people and their stories. We are all unique individuals with unique experiences. When we can see what is creating the barrier to change and blocking the success, the path forward becomes more clear and direct. I have spent the last two years as an early childhood behavioral consultant in childcare settings traveling the state of Wyoming and now I am ready to move into beautiful South Dakota. I'm excited to meet you and begin our partnership.
